We love nothing more than to share our secret family favourite foraged preserves and tasty goodies! We are working towards a series of family inspired tasting events that showcase each seasons wild culinary ingredients! We will talk you through the best practise for processing common wild ingredients to preserving them in ferments, pickles, brines, syrups, ketchups, chutneys, jams, jellies, infusing in salts and sugars and oils. Cordials, tonics, infused gins and Kombucha. We make this as simple as possible using traditional skills that our ancestors adopted!
